How can I use the Twalcom® Gift Card online?
1. Register at www.twalcom.com or login
2. Choose your favorite items and add them to your cart.
3. Go to the Cashier.
4. Fill in the shipping details.
5. Enter the code of your Gift Card received by email in the “promotional code” bar.*
The value of the Gift Card is deducted from the total amount of the order. If necessary, you can integrate the payment with another Twalcom® Gift Card or by Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or Payment on Delivery.

Once you have purchased the Twalcom® Gift Card, you will receive a first order confirmation email and a second email requesting the recipient’s name, recipient email, and any personalized message. They will be used to send the actual Gift Card to the person concerned.

Conditions and terms of use Twalcom® Gift Card
The individual Gift Cards are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and can be used in a single solution. It is not rechargeable.
The expiry date and the code of use will be sent to the buyer and to the person concerned by email. They can also be verified at any time through customer service.
It cannot be converted into cash, nor refunded or replaced in case of loss / theft or in case of non-use, in whole or in part, by the deadline.
Twalcom® Gift Card can be used on all products, even those in promotion, but cannot be used to purchase other Twalcom® Gift Cards.
If the order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you can pay the difference by Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Payment on Delivery or another Twalcom® Gift Card.
