NEW for R1250GS/ADV-LC – The engine guard plate is part of a product family designed to reduce heat perception while riding the motorcycle.
This extremely robust engine guard plate, designed and manufactured by us, is built with premium materials and provides complete protection for the engine block, manifolds, and the front section of the exhaust catalyst.
Moreover, the special design of the front and lower slots, along with the deflector in the rear section of the engine guard plate, contribute to the ventilation of the manifolds and catalyst, facilitating hot air extraction.
While in motion, this special air channeling, combined with the catalyst heat shield, code AA.02.02986.001.017, enhances and increases air extraction and consequently reduces heat.
The new matte silver finish gives the R1250GS/ADV LC a distinctively elegant yet bold and sporty look. It comes complete with anti-vibration mounts and stainless steel screws with self-locking coating.
