With our Rally Kit Extreme 1, featuring two LED headlights specifically designed and manufactured by us for KTM EXC M.Y. 2008/11 and M.Y 2012/13, you’ll get a wider field of vision and greater safety in all low-visibility conditions. Installation is extremely quick and easy thanks to the dedicated wiring harness. You simply need to disconnect the original connector from the standard mask and plug in the new connector. The lighting will be controlled directly by the standard light switch. No special tools or expertise required – nothing else needed. Everything can be installed in less than 20-25 minutes.

For our kit, we chose the new Single LED High Performance Super Slim headlights by Twalcom Racing, particularly suitable for this type of installation, especially due to their extreme durability, compact size, light weight, performance, and very low consumption (10 W), saving a full 15W compared to the original lamp. This energy saving allows for the installation of additional equipment (GPS, Roadbook, or other) without straining the battery. The support frame is also prepared for the installation of a 12V power outlet and offers ample space and protection for mounting a GPS bracket.

ECE50.50R.00.0070 approved LED headlights – The package includes: anodized Peralluman support frame – high-thickness ABS protective mask – 2 single LED High Performance Super Slim ø 50 (1400 lm. – 15w. – DC10-30v.) 25° beam angle, 2 mounting/adjustment brackets, dedicated “Made in Twalcom” plug and play wiring ready for direct connection to the original KTM connector, electrical installation materials, and installation instructions. LED headlight structure: aluminum die-cast IP 68. LED headlight dimensions: mm. 50 x 63 x 57. LED headlight weight: 200 gr each. Total weight: 900 gr.

Compatible accessories: AA.03.01197.002.001 – 12V outlet complete with wiring and waterproof fuse holder for additional equipment.

Available in these colors: black frame, white ABS mask or black ABS mask.
