Upgrade your Kove 450 Rally with our LED Racing Light Kit, designed to remove the original headlights and control unit (1.5 kg), allowing weight savings of up to 1.1 kg. This improves front-end responsiveness and offers exceptional visibility with 2,800 lumens.

High-Performance Lights: We’ve selected Single LED High Performance Super Slim lights by Twalcom Racing, known for their robustness, compact size, and low power consumption (15 W each).
This allows for mounting additional instrumentation (GPS, Rugged Phone/Tablet, Roadbook) without impacting the battery.

Easy Installation: Mounting is done on the original aluminum/nylon front structure, compatible with most Rally Kits on the market and ideal in combination with our PRO FACTORY Rally Kit.

Plug & Play Connections: Electrical connections are quick and simple, thanks to dedicated wiring harnesses available in three types. This allows you to bypass the standard light switch, freeing up space for Rally Racing buttons and accessories. No specialized tools are needed for installation.

 

Wiring harness types:

  • Type A – Direct wiring to the bike’s ignition. Both lights turn on.
  • Type B – Wiring with lever switch (ø 12 mm, non-illuminated)
    The switch turns on both lights.
  • Type C – Wiring with illuminated switch, designed to pair with the PRO FACTORY Rally Kit – Twalcom® The switch turns on both lights. Includes mounting bracket for the Rally Kit and nylon cover.

Structural Features:

  • 2 mm steel bracket coated with high-resistance epoxy-acrylic resins
  • Dedicated “Made in Twalcom” plug and play wiring ready for direct connection to the original Kove connector
  • Weight: 460 g.

    with ECE50.50R.00.0070 approval
