Over the past few years we have designed, tested and industrialized a wide range of accessories dedicated to the Rally/Raid event landscape.
All accessories are directly derived from experience gained on race fields and refined through use.
The UNI 7″/8″ Rugged Tablet slide we designed and manufactured was specially crafted to accommodate most Rugged Tablets on the market. Thanks to its modular shape and the set of supplied spacers (which also act as vibration dampeners), it’s possible to easily and safely secure Rugged Tablets of different sizes and thicknesses (Kcosit/WLP, Soten/CARPE ITER, Samsung Active 2/3, etc.).
You can place different Rugged Tablets directly on the sled, without their original bases. For the first placement, just apply vibration dampers of the necessary thickness, adjust the two asymmetrical side containment brackets so they don’t interfere with various buttons or the power socket, close the upper containment with quick couplings, and you’re done.
PRIORITY OF SUPPORT AND HORIZONTAL MOUNTING: The slide has numerous sets of mounting holes so it can also be easily combined with fixing systems other than Twalcom®.
The system comes with double brackets that can be positioned both internally and externally to the risers, with multiple base positions
. The double brackets can be rotated, moved forward or backward as needed, making operation more intuitive and safe.
The multiple adjustment and rotation options on two different axes, plus the ability to adjust height/distance by +/- 3 cm, allows you to always find the optimal position for maximum visibility.
OTHER MOUNTING POSSIBILITIES: The slide also has the classic series of holes in its central part with Garmin and RAM Mount spacing. These also allow mounting with horizontal support priority, but also, if necessary, the possibility of vertical mounting.
The entire system has been specifically designed to minimize weight while maximizing assembly ergonomics, making adjustment and mounting simple and very quick.
