The Air Conveyor we designed and produced has been specifically created not only to protect the open area of the engine plate from mud and rocks, but also and especially to channel the air flow inside the “closed” area of the 790 Adventure.
In fact, the area enclosed by the tank, its side covers, and the skid plate forms a closed zone where heat dissipation is severely limited. The Air Conveyor we designed allows air to enter and flow directly towards the exhaust manifolds and the lower part of the engine, without in any way obstructing the flow intended for the water radiator.
The air conveyor can be mounted without having to remove the skid plate, with extreme simplicity on both the original (OEM) skid plate and the Hard Enduro Skid Plate we produce. Most importantly, it can be dismounted just as easily and quickly with the original KTM onboard tools, allowing for thorough cleaning of mud, grass, or dirt.
Structure: 2.5 mm Peraluman. Supplied screws in stainless steel.
